CASH-BASED PRICING
The following rates apply to services not covered by insurance or for clients without insurance coverage.
In-Office and Telehealth Psychiatric Assessments
New Client – Initial Evaluation & Medication Management: $350 (45 minutes to 1 hour)
This comprehensive psychiatric assessment includes:- A detailed review of mental health history, medical conditions, and lifestyle factors.
- A full psychiatric evaluation to assess symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment needs.
- Development of a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication recommendations and non-pharmaceutical interventions.
- Discussion of medication options, potential side effects, and treatment expectations.
- Coordination of care with other healthcare providers, if necessary.
Available in person or via telehealth.
Established Client – Follow-Up Appointment: $175 (15 to 25 minutes)
Follow-up visits focus on ongoing medication management and symptom evaluation, including:- Assessment of medication effectiveness and any side effects.
- Adjustments to medications or dosages as needed.
- Review of treatment progress and symptom changes.
- Implementation of additional therapeutic strategies, if applicable.
- Coordination with other healthcare providers, as necessary.
Available in person or via telehealth.
A limited number of sliding scale fee adjustments may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquiry for more details.
IN HOME ASSESSMENTS:
In-Home Psychiatric Assessments
For clients who prefer the comfort and convenience of in-home visits, we offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.
New Client – Initial Evaluation & Medication Management: $500 (1 – 1.5 hours)
- Comprehensive psychiatric assessment, including a detailed review of mental health history, medical conditions, and lifestyle factors.
- Diagnosis and development of a personalized treatment plan.
- Medication recommendations (if applicable), including discussion of potential side effects and treatment expectations.
- Care coordination with other healthcare providers if necessary.
Established Client – Follow-Up Appointment: $300 (30 – 45 minutes)
- Ongoing assessment of mental health progress.
- Medication management, including evaluation of effectiveness and potential adjustments.
- Review of treatment goals and symptom progress.
- Coordination with other healthcare providers if needed.
Travel Fees for In-Home Appointments:
Travel fees are determined based on mileage and travel time:
- Within 10 miles: $50
- 10 – 20 miles: $75
- Beyond 20 miles: Additional charges apply; please inquire for details.
MEDICATION ADMINSTRATION:
- In-Office Medication Injection: $125 (approximately 10 minutes).
- In-Home Medication Injection: $250 (approximately 10 minutes).
* Travel fee applies based on location.
EMERGENCY VISIT ASSESSMENTS:
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
For urgent but non-life-threatening psychiatric needs, we offer same-day and after-hours emergency assessments, based on availability. These services include priority scheduling, a comprehensive evaluation, and medication management.

- Follow-Up Client Evaluation & Medication Management: Starting at $300 (price varies with complexity, up to $450).

- New Client Evaluation & Medication Management: Starting at $650 (price varies with complexity, up to $850). Travel fee applies based on location. Full payment required.
- Follow-Up Client Evaluation & Medication Management: Starting at $400 (price varies with complexity, up to $550). Travel fee applies based on location. Full payment required.
PAPERWORK PROCESSING FEE:
A processing fee applies to forms such as Disability, FMLA, ESA, Academic Accommodations and other paperwork. Fees are determined based on complexity and the time required. These services are not covered by insurance, and payment must be made prior to completion. An initial client visit is required for all paperwork requests.
- Letter Completion (e.g., Emotional Support Animals, Academic or Work Accommodations, FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Return to Work): $75
- Form Completion (e.g., Emotional Support Animals, Academic or Work Accommodations, Return to Work): $50 – $75 per page
- Form Completion (e.g., FMLA, Short-Term or Long-Term Disability): $25 – $75 per page

Pharmacogenomic Testing: Personalized testing to identify how your body metabolizes medications, guiding safer and more effective treatment. Covered by most insurance providers.
Supportive Psychotherapy: One-on-one, compassionate therapy designed to help clients process emotions, develop coping skills, and improve their mental health and well-being.
Non-Pharmaceutical Treatment Options: Referral services for advanced treatments such as Spravato® (FDA-approved esketamine therapy) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), both designed for treatment-resistant depression and other conditions.
Psychotherapy Referrals: Access to a network of licensed professionals specializing in various therapy modalities, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family counseling.
Behavioral Health Assessments: Comprehensive evaluations that assess emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning. These may include diagnostic interviews, symptom rating scales, and assessments for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more.
Integrative Health Consultations: A holistic approach to mental health that incorporates functional medicine, nutrition, sleep optimization, stress management, and lifestyle modifications to support overall wellness.
Medication Management Only Services: For clients who require psychiatric medication monitoring, including assessment of symptom progress, medication adjustments, and side effect management. No therapy services included.
Crisis Management Planning: Personalized crisis plans designed to help clients and their support network prevent and manage mental health emergencies. Plans may include safety planning, coping strategies, emergency contacts, and professional support resources.
